At ECO-WORTHY, we are committed to sustainable fashion and want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn state.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
